Terms and Conditions - YOHO App Food Delivery Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the YOHO App and its Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Services.
2. Account Registration
a. To access our Services, you must create a YOHO App account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Order Placement
a. Orders can be placed through the YOHO App's platform, either on our website or mobile application. It is your responsibility to ensure that order details, including delivery address, contact information, and food selections, are accurate.
4. Payment and Cashback
a. Payment for orders can be made using the payment methods available on our platform. By placing an order, you authorize the Company to charge the selected payment method for the total amount, including food cost, delivery fees, taxes, and any applicable charges.
5. Offers and Promotions
a. The Company may offer promotional deals, discounts, and cashback offers from time to time. Such offers will be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated on our platform.
b. Cashback will be credited to your YOHO Cashback Credit section. Cashback amounts will expire after 30 days from the date of being credited.
c. Cashback credits cannot be used in full for a single order. A certain percentage of the cashback amount will be deducted from each order's total. The specific percentage will be calculated by the YOHO App system.
a. The Company aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time provided during order confirmation. However, actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and traffic.
b. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Inaccurate information leading to delivery failure may still result in charges.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Orders can be canceled before they enter the preparation process. Once the preparation process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
b. Refund policies for canceled orders and quality issues will be in accordance with the Company's Refund Policy.
8. Food Quality and Safety
a. The Company collaborates with restaurants and food providers to deliver high-quality meals. However, the Company does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of the food provided by these establishments.
9. Intellectual Property
a. All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the YOHO App's platform are the property of the Company and its affiliates. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
11. Changes to Terms and Services
a. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the Services at its discretion. Continued use of the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
a. The Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our Services.
